Terms & Conditions

Agreement on the use of services online store site "K-TUNING" having URL www.k-tuning.com

 

This agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) entered into between an online store «K-TUNING» (hereinafter - The Shop), and the user, placing the order (hereinafter - The Buyer), and determines the conditions for the acquisition of goods in the shop.

1. The main provisions
1.1. This Agreement is concluded between The Buyer and The Shop at the time of ordering. By setting a mark (check mark) in the "I have read the agreement and agree with it," The Buyer accepts the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. The Shop reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.
1.3. The Shop can have the goods at the warehouse, and can also provide a intermediary service  between The Buyer and suppliers in South Korea.
2. Product Information
2.1. The Shop provides The Buyer with information about goods through photographs.
2.2. Photographs are complemented with text, containing an information about the name of the model, features and price of the goods.
2.3. The Shop at the request of The Buyer provides additional information necessary to The Buyer for the decision to purchase a product. Information is provided via e-mail.
2.4. The price of the goods specified in the website may be changed by The Shop unilaterally at any time without prior notification.
2.4.1. If at the time of change of the price of goods an order, including this product has already been paid by The Buyer, the cost of this order remains unchanged.
2.4.2. If at the time of change of the price of goods an order, including this product has already been processed but not paid by The Buyer, The Shpp will inform The Buyer by email of the change in price of the goods and the cost of processing the order. Buyer has the right to refuse payment and cancel the order. If it is impossible to contact The Buyer to inform him / her about the price change, the order shall be canceled by The Shop.
3. Ordering products
3.1. After the order is made, The Shop sends an e-mail to The Buyer, containing order information (names of goods ordered and the price).
3.2. If a certain product ordered is out of stock, The Buyer shall be entitled to replace it with another product or cancel the order.
4. Delivery of goods
4.1. The procedure of delivery of goods ordered is described in the section Delivery Information.
4.2. The shipping cost of is not included in the price of goods and is calculated based on the total weight of the goods ordered and the destination address.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. The Buyer shall make 100% advance payment at the time of the order. The payment is made by any convenient method for the Buyer, available at the online shop.
6. Return of the goods of proper quality
6.1. Buyer has the right to return the goods within seven days of receipt.
6.2. Return of goods in online store is only possible if the goods have not been used, in its original condition, genuine factory packaging and with labels. Order made and custom made products cannot be returned.
6.3. When returning goods The buyer shall send refundable goods to the Shop address  All expenses for shipping of the refunded goods to be covered by the Buyer.
6.4. After The Shop receives from the Buyer the returned goods of proper quality, The Shop shall return to the The Buyer the funds in the amount of the price of goods effective on the moment of purchase. Shipping cost of returned goods is not refunded.
7. Return of the goods of improper quality (defective goods)
7.1. The warranty period of the goods is 7 days, unless specified for a particular product. In case of defect detection, The Buyer, within the specified time, has the right to demand an elimination of defects, a proportionate reduction in the price or a replacement of the product by similar model with the corresponding recalculation of prices. The buyer also has the right to demand the return of the goods and get refund for it.
7.2. When returning goods of improper quality The buyer shall send refundable goods to the Shop address. All expenses for shipping of the refunded goods to be covered by the Buyer.
7.3. After The Shop receives from the Buyer the returned goods of improper quality, The Shop shall return to the The Buyer the funds in the amount of the price of goods effective on the moment of purchase. If the order contained only the goods of improper quality, Tne Shop also returns to The Buyer the shipping cost of the order. If the order except for the goods of improper quality, contained also the goods of proper quality, the shipping cost shall not refundable.

7. Order Cancellations
7.1.
 Order cancellations can only be requested before we place the order at the factory or supplier.
7.2. Order cancellations can only be requested at order statuses "PENDING" or "PAID"..
